Ms. Maureen Ideozu

Ms Maureen Ideozu is a development professional with over two decades experience working with international and national organisations in the areas of communications, development, public sector administration reforms, service delivery and change management.  Under a Private-Public Sector partnership arrangement as an Elumelu Fellow, from 2014 -2017 she provided technical support to the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) on institutional reforms; strategy and business operations for enhanced effectiveness of NEPC.  Previously, she worked in management positions in such organisations as the British Council, SERVICOM and the United Nations Development Programme. More recently she has established a career in public sector reforms – from 2011 – 2014, she was Team Lead (Service Delivery) for the UK Department for International Development (DFID), Federal Public Administration Reform Programme (FEPAR). At FEPAR, she led a team of national and international consultants that provided technical support for the successful restatement of SERVICOM by the Federal Executive Council as well as the adoption of an institutional repositioning proposal for the Federal Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. Her team also provided support to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture for the implementation of the Agricultural Transformation Agenda – specifically in relation to Gender Mainstreaming and the Growth Enhancement System (GES). 

Maureen has strong leadership and management skills, which are relevant across diverse sectors. She has experience of facilitating teambuilding workshops and delivering trainings on service delivery; customer care; communications and stakeholder engagement for public and private organisations. She is an accredited Belbin Team Roles Facilitator.  She started her career in banking in the 90s, had a stint in the oil services sector and was pioneer Public Awareness Manager of the Federal Government’s service delivery reform programme, SERVICOM, where she was later appointed Chief SERVICOM Officer, leading a team of nearly 50 public officers. Maureen has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Master of Business Administration Degree. She has trained extensively in her various roles throughout her career.

Dr. Olayiwola Oladapo

Dr Olayiwola Oladapo is an accomplished Organizational Development & Transformation professional with core competencies in Human Resources, Corporate Performance Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Public Policy and governance Management. He has over 18 years of consulting and organizational management experience spanning all the major sectors of Nigerian economy. He has consulted on organizational transformation projects for some of the Fortune 500 companies operating units in Nigeria that include Exxon Mobil, Shell, British American Tobacco, Peugeot to mention a few.

In the last 10 years, his Organizational development and transformation footprints has impacted many organizations in Nigeria that include Shell, NNPC Retail, NNPC Pensions, Major Oil Marketers of Nigeria, Eterna Plc, MMA2 Airport (Bi-courtney Aviation Services), Trojan Estates, IL Bagno (Black Pelican Limited), Transport Servies Logistics (TSL), Peugeot Automobile Nigeria (PAN), Hygeia Nigeria Limited and ECM Terminals Calabar. In the Public sector, he has helped in leading transformation projects at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the successful implementation of the Agricultural Transformation Agenda of Dr. Akinwumi and recently managed the strategic plan development process for the Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC). As a Development Resource, Olayiwola has been involved in many organizational strengthening and change process programs/projects working with multilateral agencies that include the UK DFID and the EU in transforming Nigerian Federal Public institutions.

He has previously worked at senior management level in organizations like Oando Plc, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services and Hygeia Nigeria Limited where he led the successful change and transformation process culminating in the acquisition of majority shares of Hygeia by Mo Ibrahim London based Satya Capital and from where he left as the group General Manager in 2010, to start his management consulting practice.

As an Entrepreneurship Development professional he has continuously supported many Nigerian SMEs in effectively building management systems and sustainable organizational capacity. He belongs to several professional institutions and brings to this project his deep and extensive knowledge and experience of the public and private sector.

Chukwuemeka Nkemakolam

Mr Chukwuemeka Nkemakolam has over 16 years wealth of experience in Public Relations, Social media norms marketing, Digital media, Communication strategies including Website Management, Outreach tactics, and Project Management. He has successfully worked in different capacities to support organizations in engaging with critical stakeholders and target audiences. He has consulted for various medium sized organizations where he was saddled with very key responsibilities in positions such as Strategic Business Development Manager at eOne Atlantic Ltd, Corporate Affairs & Relationship Manager at AGON Workman, Program Assistant, at the Centre For Youth Development Activities, Entry Clearance Assistant at the British High Commission Abuja.

He developed the integrated marketing strategy for the successful expansion of Operations at GBAR (Global Business Aid Resources Ltd), leading to an increase in the company’s clientele, communicating the marketing vision and strategy and the progress of its implementation to the management team.

Chukwuemeka Nkemakolam has actively participated in developing and implementing interventions that engage stakeholders and audiences to inform, connect, promote and sell ideas that support development. His work cuts across public relations, social media marketing, media engagement, behaviour change communication, strategy and program management, policy advocacy and stakeholders’ engagement amongst others. He is a graduate of Banking & Finance from the School of Business Administration, Imo State University in year 2000.
